Additional drivers can be added for MAD 100.00 per day. The maximum charge is MAD 700.00 per rental.

Age information |
|
You must be at least 21 years old to rent car groups A,B,C, D and at this location. You must be at least 25 years old to rent car groups E, F, G, P, H, J and L.
If you are between 21 and 25 years old you must pay a young driver surcharge of MAD 120.00 per day. The maximum young driver surcharge per rental is MAD 1,200.00. |

We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft.
Only Credit Cards are accepted for deposit. A security deposit on the credit card will be required to cover the excess, unless the excess waiver is purchased locally. The value of the security deposit will vary depending on the level of insurance cover purchased in Morocco and/or ancillary equipment rented out with the vehicle.

Taking your vehicle outside the country |

Vehicles must not be taken out of the country of rental. |

Cancellations and No Show Charges |
|
If you make a Pay on Arrival booking and do not collect your vehicle a fee of 20% of the rental amount will apply. If you no longer need your vehicle cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the pick-up time to avoid this charge.

Waiver and protection options |
|
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged. If the vehicle is damaged you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount.
CDW is included in most rates sold on Budget websites.
CDW is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes CDW this cost is already included in your rental price.
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
Super CDW reduces the excess you would pay if the vehicle is damaged. The reduced excess is shown in the table below. Super CDW is also known as Excess Reduction.
Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen (subject to an excess). The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes Theft Protection this cost is already included in your rental price.
Super Theft Protection (STP)
Super Theft Protection reduces the excess you would need to pay if the vehicle is stolen. The reduced excess is shown in the table below.
Reduction Collision Damage Waiver (RCDW)
In case of damage, the driver can reduce the excess charge by purchasing RCDW

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance will be offered to drivers at the rental location. PAI costs MAD 48.00 per day.
The maximum coverage in case of disability (per person) is MAD 50,000.00
The maximum coverage in case of death (per person) is MAD 50,000.00
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Budget vehicle.
Third party liability is included in the rental price.

Maximum coverage in case of personal injury is MAD 10,000.00

Drivers license and ID requirements |
|
Each driver must show photographic proof of identity and their passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
If your licence was issued outside the European Community you must provide an International Driving Licence.

Fuel charges |

Same / Same : The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount of fuel in order to avoid additional charges.
Otherwise, we charge the difference at market price plus 25% plus VAT plus 120 as fee. No refund is allowed.

One Way Rentals |
|
One way rentals are available within Morocco for a charge between MAD 200 and MAD 3250, depending on the location. The return location must be in the same country.

Collecting and returning your vehicle |
|
The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information.
During Office Hours
If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight an additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking.
If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 2 hours. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer.
Out of Office Hours - Collection
It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking.
The charge for this service is MAD 500.00 from 22:30 until 01:00.
This service is not available if the rental is booked online.

If you do not collect the vehicle a "No Show" charge of 20% of the rental cost applies.

Out of Office Hours - Return
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of booking. There is no charge for this service.

Baby and child seats are available at a cost of MAD 100.00 per day up to a maximum charge of MAD 500.00 per rental.
